Cya Chikezie......................

I knew it was Chikezie heading home because his portion during the clips was longer then the others. After 7 years of this stuff, you notice these things.
I had to sacrifice Chickie to balance out tge great performance by DC.

The bottom 3!

Sweeeeet!!!
Seeing Jason in the bottom three made my week!

There is nothing else left to say!

The Road to the May finale starts ..now!

Top 10

Let the games begin.

Pretty much the top ten is set to get paid no matter what at thispoint, so it really doesn’t matter who wins the trophy. I feel the IDOL’s know this and half of them with sleepwalk to the show finale with the super stars and surprise guests.
The Buzz is Hannah Cyrus Montana is a guest next month. Heads up now – I probably wont watch – I have musical standards.

Ramielle went first with Alone by Heart– Lil Ramie was under the weather but I feel she made me proud and kept her DJRR top 5 status this week. The family-- behind the scenes-- got old really quick for me and I only watched one. Do I want to see constant chit chat from Papa Joe and Katherine ..No (And if you get that you are truly a fan of DJRR..claim your prize..but I digress.) Little Ramielle brought all I needed for a successful Idol performance. Power vocals, remember the words, attitude, Short shorts and high heeled boots – two thumbs up for me dawg.

Jason – If this wasn’t Easter week I would say Damn this kid has a marshmellow brain. I quote " They say..I am an Aries" ...umm yeah! I say your's a stoned idiot..this can't be good for the "churen" Jason is getting paid now, so why are those dreds looking worst for the wear. Happy Birthday damn it, I hope we get the gift of seeing you gosh golly gee behind in the bottom 3 this week. I guess I can say something nice. Jason did Fragile by Sting. It was aiight. (Yawn)..Ooh wait, Simon said the performance wasn’t good enough for singing outside the subway…Teehee hee…Goofy#@!

************************************************************
I have to take fashion moment to pay yet a second homage to Ms Paula Abdul. Paula pulled out her long black gloves and baubles from her 1988 “Knocked out” video..Go Paula, Go Paula..Go Go Paula!

Syesha’s performance of “ If I was your woman” was neither stellar nor blazing hot like Randy proclaimed. Maybe I was still irritated by hearing her “baby cry” YET AGAIN during a pre performance set up. I noticed a lack of pronunciation of her words. Just okay for me.

What I like about Chekizie is that he dares to break one of the cardinal Idol rules of singing power songs from the best in the biz. He has done well with a few Whitney songs and tonight DARED to perform “If only for one night” which was remade into a classic by the late great Lutha Vandross. I liked it! He is still in the DJRR top 5.

The moshpit was a BAD idea. The gaggle of screaming tweens is too much for HD tv. Now if someone..say Jason falls into the moshpit..THAT would be great TV...just sayin'

Brooke sang Every breath you take. The judges actually praised her for restarting her song on live tv. I like Brooke and forgive her for last week. Brooke was seated at the piano but I couldn’t hear any keys..maybe it was a prop. LOL 2 thumbs up

Micheal Johns confused me …he sang two songs. Cheater! He started with “We will Rock you” and ended with “We are the Champions” He was good but he sang the best parts from two songs. (SIGH) I guess I liked it and will visit it from Itune. He cracked the top 5 this week….but only for this week.

Carly sang another one of my favorite songs from the 80’s “Total eclipse of the heart”. ( I grew up in the burbs ) I am sure Amanda would have sang it better but (sob). I like it better then last week.

We finally got to see a clip of “Archie’s” loud mouth pops. Although his mouth was shut during the family clip. It’s 11:30pm so my censors are turned off. WTF was that? I didn’t know the song. Since “Archie” was born well after I earned my DJRR credentials I was confused and unimpressed. His pops won’t be pleased after this show airs. (BLAH…..)

Oh the show was so good, I almost forgot Kathy lee was still on this show..maybe I block it out. I actually cheated and saw a yahoo blurb that listed Kristy Lee was one of the best. Crazy talk? I would NEVER admit that. Good move singing "God bless the USA" during an election year and while we are at war...b@tch! She will never leave.....I want Sanjaya 2 back. I guess she did blow Simon out of his socks, mine are still on.

OH NO HE “DIDN’T” ALL HAIL THE NEW AMERICAN IDOL.

Wait, Wait…has anyone EVER sang Michael Jackson on American Idol? No leg kick, white socks or crotch grabbing. Okay let me get it together! The KING of Idol Rock sang Billie Jean with a slow rock vibe. You go boy. A++ for originality, performance and style. A diet coke says the real MJ makes an appearance on the May finale. Once again the winner for the week. DAVID “Daughtry-who?” Cook. It’s now 11:53pm and I must have that on the IPOD tonight!

Amanda's exit interview.............

A tired and philosophical Amanda Overmyer took the Thursday phone call that no “American Idol” contestant wants to take – the “eliminated contestant call” with TV writers from across the country.
The rocker nurse said she knew she was out of her element, calling herself a “square peg in a round hole.” She knew she wouldn’t win, but she was grateful for the opportunity.

Amanda, who’d been doing interviews since 4 a.m., Pacific time, with no end in sight, definitely stood out as an “Idol” contestant who actually said what was on her mind, which is sometimes rare. She candidly fielded questions about what she liked, what she didn’t like (one guess as to which category those group numbers on elimination nights fell into!), and how she failed to – or never really wanted to – fit in to the “Idol” mold.

Here’s what she had to say:
On her general mindset and optimism about life and her career…Yesterday wasn’t the most traumatic thing that’s happened in my life. I just got voted off a TV show. I was thankful to be there and privileged to have that many millions of Americans vote for me to keep me on, for someone like me who’s completely different from what’s been on. I’m kind of a different mold than everyone else in the competition. I found it very warming that I had that much support.

On what her favorite and least favorite performances were…The two on the big stage were equally my favorite, just because I was more in my element there with the crowd and everything. The least favorite one would’ve been all the group numbers we had to do [she said with a laugh]. But if I had to pick one, I’d have to pick the Kansas one. Personally, I liked it. I got it, but that’s the one I got slammed on, so let’s go with that one.

On those group numbers…I didn’t like performing them and doing all the choreography and stuff. But we recorded them and did that, I was actually very strong at that. I had a choir background in high school.

On whether “Idol” actually favors or disfavors people with truly unique personalities…It benefits anybody with any kind of distinction because it gives us that platform to start from and get the biggest exposure that we could ever get. As far as winning it, you just have to look at the demographics of the voters and the people watching AI versus the demographics of your particular genre. They may not necessarily correlate.

On what was going through her head when the judges gave their comments…When I was done singing, I was done singing. It’s kind of like when those judges would give their comments, I just wanted to be respectful and listen, but the comments weren’t going to sway me one way or the other as far as what I was going to do. The objective of being on the show was just to go up there and show America me, perform like me, look like me, and see how well it would take. The comments of the judges are based more on the idea of trying to win, and I just had a different agenda.

On whether her “rocker chick” distinction helped or hurt her…Being my own personal style helped me, as far as being the quintessential rocker chick. But as far as the competition itself, I wouldn’t say that it necessarily helped me because young kids aren’t going to relate to me as easily as they do the other ones.

On what she was thinking when she landed in the bottom three…(I was thinking) that more than likely I would be done. I know how different I am, and I know that I target an older audience and a different audience, maybe, than “American Idol” provides.

On whether her song choice (“Back in the U.S.S.R.”) or singing first on Tuesday hurt her…I don’t think the song choice had anything to do with it, because if it wasn’t that song it was going to be another song that sounded like me singing it. And you’ll never hear me, you know, pissing and whining that I was first (to sing) or anything like that. I definitely had hopes for maybe position six or seven, but that’s not how it worked out so, it is what it is.

On whether she was aware she was the pick on “Vote for the Worst,” and whether that hurt…I had heard that I was their girl. But, no, it didn’t personally hurt me at all. Votes are votes. And, from what I hear, they weren’t too harsh on me, or anything.

On whether her “outsider” status extended to the social side of the “Idol” experience…I tend to keep pretty sheltered and, you know, stay away from anything. I can count on two hands my friends and family that truly matter and other than that, I’m kind of standoffish. But in any situation where a group of people go and do something like this, there’s an element of camaraderie there where everybody’s going through the same thing, so they’re the only people that understand what everybody’s going through.

On whether she was disappointed she didn’t make it on the “Idol” tour…It was somewhat of a goal, but I’m not extremely disappointing that I am not doing the tour. The ultimate goal is to get my own (tour). But, I think for it being an “American Idol” tour, it is what it is. I think that they’ve got the best group for it. I think I kind of, like, stuck out. I didn’t always fit in with it.
On whether her roommate, Carly Smithson, gave her advise about the music industryShe was so young when it happened that a lot of it her parents took care of for her and she just kind of went where they told her to go. She never went out and promoted anything. The record company imploded before she had the opportunity to do that. So this is kind of like the first time for her, too.

On whether she was surprised by her departure…Kind of, but not really. I didn’t really go in with any pre-conceived notions with what I would be or I wouldn’t be, because it’s such a crap shoot being a square peg in a round hole.

IDOL SUCKS!

...Oh wait, I didn't vote.

Ode to Paula Abdul..

"Don't call it a comeback".
It only took 7 seasons for Paula to take advantage of Idol and make it back to the top of the charts.
The song "dance like there is no tomorrow" is actually a great song. (DJRR 2 thumbs up)
I still have an issue with Paula bringing back the lipsych at the Superbowl preshow but it could have been a Britney version so It's okay.
I actually downloaded the video from itunes.
DJRR's top Paula Abdul tunes:

IDOL Flashback March 2007

One year ago this month - the legendary DIANA ROSS made an appearence on American Idol.
Now my dreams will be complete if the Idols were challenged to sing songs from Janet's collection.
Little "Archie" singing "Nasty Boys" would be a classic.

More Beatles tunes: too much of a good thing?

Top 11 The IDOLS

As an advid IDOL watcher I may have an attitude. Since when does an Idol theme week last two weeks? Diana Ross should have gotten a solo night and a Supremes night…I’m just sayin.

It is just proof that FOX and co. PAID..PAID..PAID to offset Heather Mills and her divorce settlement.

Amanda sang “Back in the USSR” – This wasn’t one of my favorites from her, actually it was the worst of the last three performances. BUT..she has finally broken out of her scary shell, looking hot (even her under arms) and having a good time. I don’t see her going home this week. Just okay for me.

Kristy Lee aka “shoulda left last week, and the week before that” was B*O*R*I*N*G but sparkley. It wasn’t until halfway through the performance that I knew I recognized the song (Hide your … ways?) She was BAD. If she stays another week. I will be really really really pissed. Then again she challenge to blow Simon out of his socks…now that would be great tv.

“Archie” – (long and winding road)I had to watch his performance twice – looking for bruises from daddy dearest. I can sorta appreciate his sappy back stories now since the news of his pops being “stronger then usual parental influence.” I guess he did alright. He remembered all of his words but “didn’t blow me out of my socks.” Just okay for me. Simon said he was masterclass...sympathy, don't you hate that?

Michael Johns – (a day in the life) VOICE CRACK! Buh bye! He didn’t even have the moshpit’s attention. Dang, Kristy is going to stay another week. Have you noticed how Simon says sorry after crushing the idols’ dreams?

Brooke – (here comes the sun) Oh man, the sunshine twirls across the stage was straight out of American Juniors. She could have done so much better. It was interesting watching her calm her fans from attacking Simon and his critique. (So sunshiny) She was not one of my favorites this week but grading on the curve – she is still in my top 3 for the season

David Cooke – (daytrippers) !!!! Chris Daughtry with hair!! I called it the year of the rocker early on. I am heading over to itunes and do a download. If this was ebay, his feedback would be A+ + +. Since when does DJRR rock out? I am getting tats next week. Simon didn’t like it –who cares.

Carley – (blackbird) (Yawn) This is such a rollercoaster week. Everyone I loved last week didn’t wow me this week.

Jason (Michelle) Okay, Jason is almost as annoying as Archie. He is being crowned as the breakout star of season 7 – I don’t see it. This song seemed to go on forever. Looks like I will be saving tons of $ on itunes this week. Paula almost said she didn’t like it.

Syesha (yesterday) Hmmm, I have so many versions of this song – Marvin, Supremes & EnVogue. I don’t know if I liked it or not. It was different and she made it her own.

Chikizie (just seen a face) Didn’t he do that last week? He was good but I can’t help but think that was a repeat from last week. Plus, I didn’t know the song..where was “Help”? Again, my favs from last week didn’t come to the show this week.

Ramielle (Shoulda known better) 10 points for the hat, (minus 8 points for the slippery shoes). The song was okay, she didn’t blow until the end.

This theme week was a bust for me. The week goes to David Cook!

David Hernandez's Comcast exit interview...

David H.: 'Not Ashamed of Anything'

The warning came quickly and it came clearly: Don’t ask David Hernandez about his days as a dancer at a gay strip club in Arizona. The weekly “American Idol” eliminated contestant call forced writers to get fancy with their questions as they tip-toed around the steely-eyed, chiseled and well choreographed elephant in the room while asking David questionsthe day after he was first top 12 singer voted out of the competition.

The call coordinator warned that David was there “to talk about his experience on ‘Idol,’” and that if the questions strayed too far from the call’s intended purpose they “reserve the right to ask the operator to move on.”

David said about 54 times, at last count, that he’s shopping around a record deal and he hopes to have an album out within a year, so read it now and read it once: He’s shopping around a record deal and he hopes to have an album out within a year.
Everyone played nice, asked the right questions and managed to get a few sound bites out of him. Roll it!

On his “wow” reaction after the elimination, and his genuine surprise… I was genuinely shocked, I really didn’t think that I’d be going home. Honestly, based on all the things the judges have said about my vocals, I thought that I would definitely be in the bottom three, but I didn’t think I would be going home. But I’m very happy, because probably a lot of doors are going to open with this one closing.

On “View” host Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s conspiracy theory about his elimination… First of all, I’d like to thank Elisabeth for defending me and feeling like I was eliminated a little bit prematurely. I don’t like to speculate about things like that because I like to have faith in “Idol.” They’ve given me this great platform and I’d like to think that America voted for me and it was legitimate.

On whether the news surrounding him the past few weeks has been a distraction…I did a pretty good job of blocking it all out, as you probably saw on TV. I watched my performances back from Tuesday night and I was very happy with my stage presence and all that. It was just, unfortunately, not the best song selection in the judges’ eyes, and America voted. So, no, actually. I’ve been staying away from the Internet and the TV, so if this is the worst thing that comes out in my career, then I’m pretty set to go. This has actually been really good for me, because I’ve learned how to have a thick skin and still get on stage and perform for 35 million people.

On how he was able to perform with all the gossip swirling around him… I think adversity is my best friend, to be completely honest. It’s something that inspires me and makes me work harder. I don’t have anything to say to the people who try to bring me down or count me out. I only say, count me back in.

On whether the producers knew about everything in his past… Absolutely. If they weren’t comfortable with it, I wouldn’t have been on the show. Everything is totally out there. The media can be vicious sometimes, but thank God I have thick skin and a great family behind me.
On whether he thought his “Idol” experience was shortened because voters weren’t comfortable with his past as an exotic dancer… No, I really don’t think so. I actually believe it was based on song selection. America’s smart enough to know by now that people’s personal lives should not influence their musical career.

On whether he worried about his past when he made it into the Top 24… Absolutely not. I’m not ashamed of anything I’ve done in my past. I’m actually looking forward to moving on with my future, because singing is the only thing that matters in my career.

On the overnight jump from being an aspiring singer to a sensation… It’s been a roller coaster, but though all the madness and chaos, I think that I have gained a deeper respect for myself and an appreciation for the music business, and I’ve got a newfound confidence in myself as a performer.

On which Beatles song he would’ve sung next week… You know I looked at the list, and probably “Yesterday” would’ve been a good one. It would’ve been amazing to tackle and I think my voice would’ve been really great on that song.

On many people thinking it was Kristy’s time to go, and why he went instead… The competition right now is so intense. Everyone can sing. There is nobody that’s safe right now. Vocals, they’re very important, but at this point song selection is very important for people.
On whether it’s really anybody’s game right now… You’ve seen how things change so quickly overnight. Chikezie was at the bottom one night, then, bam, he’s on top again with a stellar performance.

On whether he was affected, physically, by the stress… I definitely lost a lot of sleep, and I definitely lost a little bit of weight just because of not eating well. So I’m excited to get back to the gym, get some sleep and to get more of my tan back.

On what fans can expect from his first album… It will definitely be pop, R&B influenced. I’d love to do a collaboration with Alicia Keys or David Foster, and I would like to put my own songs on the album. I’m more like an urban R&B, grit and grime kind of singer. I’m definitely more comfortable singing my own songs that I write, for sure.

On what he’s looking forward to now that the show is done… I’m looking forward to eating pork flavored ramen noodles. And I’m looking forward taking a nice, deep breath away from the paparazzi for a while. I’m just going to go to my mom’s house and lay there, with her cats, for, like, 48 hours and watch nonsense TV. I’m gonna stay away from reality shows for a while. I’m probably going to watch, like, reruns of “Friends,” or something.

On what he learned about show business… I learned that all is fair in love, war and entertainment. It’s been an interesting experience that I’ve only begun to see the tip of the iceberg (of), because I think this is just the beginning of my career.

Now I feel sorry for "Archie" ...a little

David Archuleta's So-Called 'Stage Dad'?

From ETonline:

Was there more than just nerves behind 17-year-old DAVID ARCHULETA's shaky performance on last night's "American Idol"?

The early favorite was definitely off his game and even forgot several lines during his version of THE BEATLES' "We Can Work It Out." Sources are telling ET the singer may be feeling the pressure from his "stage father" JEFF ARCHULETA, who reportedly yelled at David during a recording session Monday. Sources say Dad wasn't happy with his son's singing -- and even brought him to tears. Neither Jeff nor reps for "American Idol" would comment on the alleged incident.
=============================================================

Update: LYNN and ALEX, writers of entertainment blog http://www.laragmag.com/ tell ET that this may not be the first time Jeff has lost it -- they tell us that he was banned from the set of "Star Search" when a 12-year-old David competed on the program. The writers explain that there were rumors that Jeff had allegedly harassed a girl named TIFFANY who was David's competition in the contest.

C-Ya He was Robbed!!!!!

..."Kathy Lee" shoulda been kicked off. She has squeaked by two weeks in a row!

Beatle juice, beatle juice..Beatle juice

Ryan made a point at the beginning of the season to announce that Paul,Yoko and Michael Jackson finally broke down and let Idol sing songs of the Beatles.

Top 12.

Got to get you into my life – Syesha, she did a good job with the song but it didn’t blow me away. This is one of my favorite Beatle’s tunes ( I only know 4 ) so I will give her a pass. She gets a minus on the flashdance outfit but it’s a “sanging” competition. Simon is on crack with the positive review at the get go, something must be wrong.

Chikezie – Since when did the Beatles sing folk? Oh wait it was a rendition. "She’s a woman" as another new song to the ears of DJRR. The crowd was on their feet. I guess it was good..original. Two thumbs up. I see now why Chiki was doing the Cuba dance. Simon was smiling and full of praise once again..huh what?! But Ryan wiping off the sweat was ……um ..interesting.

Ramiele – maybe joining Danny on the home front. My Ramy was boring. I didn’t know this song, nor did I care. She hit the very last note but by that time it was too late. Oh Simon was back and ripped her a new one.

Jason and his dreds kept the bordom flowing (no wonder I never woke up). If I fell (If I fell asleep). I see him cutting those dreds my April…. Next!

I never liked Carley mainly because she had a record deal BUT this week…my favorite Beatle song EVAH “ Come together” and the black stalettos made her tops in my book this week. I need a longer version for the IPOD. I still think she has an unfair advantage but this week I will let her have it. You go gurl.

David Cook is my under dog pick for top 2, the year of the rocker reigns true. Two thumbs up.

Brooke made me change my top 3 to top 4. Her rendition of “Let it be” had me looking for my lighter and raise my hand in the air. Yes Yes Yes. Brooke played the piano without her shoes. The funniest moment of the night was Ryan holding Brooke’s heels and Simon being Simon, insinuating she may not get the back…too funny.

David Hernandez is getting cocky. Ooops ...maybe I shouldn’t have said that but…he is milking each moment like it’s his last. He survived the annual Idol scandal and seems to be enjoying the attention. He was never one of my favorites. I only watch now to see if Simon slips up again with a second stripper joke. The judges were not amused. Simon said No no no. Oh he sang “I saw her standing there”

Amanda – If I was to change my top 3 to a top 5 Amanda will be in there. She has won me back over. She has a Pat Benatar thing going. Love it. I know she will be here next week.

Michael Johns - boring, moving on.

Kristy Lee Cook’s performance was better with the mute button on.

I hope David Archelleta get’s a Jiffy commercial out of this. From now on I will refer to him as Archie. The kid is going to win but can we limit his behind the scenes clips? He tried to work out “We can work it out”..but didn’t…mainly because he forgot the words. Hahahahahahahahahahaha. Sorry about that.. but he is going to win.

TOP 12: Let the games begin !

There are a few in the top 12 who ahould have gone home weeks ago. There sre some shoo ins and many many in the middle.
Who will go home this week?
I like to try new things- last night I tried to watch American Idol & sleep at the same time. You know how that went.
I was awaken from my slumber a few times. Chakizie celebrating judges rection by jumping the stage like Cuba Gooding at the Oscars, Rocker Cook and the blonde chick that should have left last week was rocking out to something. I also think I liked that rocker chick with the failed record deal. DJRR will do a speed review before the results show. Stay tuned

WOW ~ I didn't see those cuts coming.

I truly thought Danny's {fans} would carry his butt at least to the top 5. Shocked and Awed that he is gone - who is going to flirt with Ryan now? I am sure Simon had a hand in avoiding the return of Sanjaya!

Again the water works are getting old - c'mon now. Although, I am sure David H and Ramielle were crying with America's choice of saying it's okay to post rauchy pics on your facebook page (I should do that on mine) or stripping for cash is cool due to the economy (maybe I should do that)

There is some chick who made it pass that I can't remember but she will be gone next week, she was the best of the worst.

We'll miss Aisa'h, Danny and maybe even Luke but now the show gets interesting.
-DJRR

C-ya!

Asia'h -(((Gasp, that just ain't right))

LUKE! ! !

Kady was never on my radar. America got it right.

DJRR's pick for this week's top ladies

American Idol: Top 8 Gals

For most of the previous seasons our judges frowned on the contestants daring to sing a song from one of the “power divas” Whitney, Mariah & Celine. That all changed a few years back when LaToya London powered “all by myself”. That may have opened the door, although we see very few wannabe Mariah’s – this week, the gals and Chakizie dared to tribute Whitney Houston and I liked it.

Asia’h showed Luke what a “fun” song should sound like with Whitney’s I wanna dance with somebody. Simon said it wasn’t better the original..umm duh? Great job.

Amanda aka (former) Scary nurse toned down the hair and makeup and was HOT HOT HOT. Didn’t know the song but she rocked it. Absolutely my favorite performance from the week guys and gals.

Unlike David Hernadez (stripper boy) – my Ramiele fell off her game, she actually was upset about her scandalous? Photos hitting the web and it showed in her lackluster performance of “take a look at me now”. Hopefully she can get it together next week.

After 7 seasons, the top vote getters seem to be the ones who rearrange the song entirely and make it work.

Brooke took another one of my 80’s favorites “Love is a battlefield” to the acoustic level and slowed it down and made it work. 2 thumbs up.

Who would DARE sing the song that put Whitney on the map? Syesha made me flash back to the 80’s hearing this song for the first time in the halls of the school of the arts. I liked it for sentimental reasons, daring to do a Whitney and making it work. - DJRR

Commercial Break Janet reaches the Top of the charts

Ms. Jackson's Discipline has debuted at number one, becoming her first chart-topping album since her pre-wardrobe-malfunctioning days, when All for You reigned supreme seven years ago.

Discipline is the controlmeister's 10th studio album but her first for Island Def Jam.

ODE to LUKE!

LUKE, why did you make my break my vow? I tried to like you. You are the closest I have ever come to knowing someone on American Idol.....but

Friends don’t let friends drive drunk.
Friends don’t date their friends ex’s.
Friends don’t criticize another friend’s college classmates- who made it to the top 12 of American Idol. UNLESS, he sings “ Wake me up before you FN GoGo” on national television. (My ears are still bleeding)

George Michael hasn’t sang “Wake me up....." in 20 years for a reason. That is one song that should never ever ever be covered again.
( the following review is for entertainment purposes only and is not intended to offend anyone, especially those who may know Luke and/ or who’s parents own and operate the best meat producing farm in North American. Hopefully this honest and entertaining review won’t interrupt the writer’s receipt of beef BBQ & bacon..with that said)
LUKE SUCKED!

Embarrassing, and I “aint” talking about the story about being forced to wear a tutu as kid, the said photographic proof but trying to reach a George Micheal high note that was actually left in 1984. Luke forced Paula to lie ( she LOVED it?! What is love?! …now that is the song he shouda sang) and she stuttered and stammered but leave it to Simon to keep it real “Up in here.” The “I thought it was too girly” reference was a low blow but Simon made even me wince when he verbalized what I was thinking (Not hoping Ellen..just thinking )…. that Luke was done for the rest of the season.
There was a pro :
Luke’s goatee was working and he can always find a job as a stunt double for Luke Perry or Hugh Jackman.
Okay, I am done. The pain is over. (Relax and release )
I wonder if I need to become a vegan? - DJRR
